These are the terms for using GabeRents. Plain English — no legalese.
GabeRents is a rental listing aggregation and alert service for San Francisco. We pull listings from Craigslist, Greystar, RentSFNow, Gaetani, and Apartments.com, run them through our quality filters, and help you find apartments faster.
We are not a licensed real estate broker. We do not represent landlords or tenants. We just make it easier to find the listings.
We offer two paid plans:
Billing is monthly. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — no cancellation fees, no runaround. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
If you're unhappy within the first 7 days of subscribing, email us at gabe@gaberents.com and we'll issue a prorated refund at our discretion. After 7 days, refunds are not guaranteed but we'll always hear you out.
Rental listings move fast. By the time you see a listing, it may already be rented, the price may have changed, or the details may be inaccurate. We do our best to filter out scams and dead links, but we can't guarantee the accuracy or availability of any listing.
You are responsible for independently verifying any listing before contacting a landlord, signing a lease, or sending money. Never wire money or pay a deposit without seeing the unit in person and verifying the landlord is legitimate.
If we make meaningful changes, we'll email you. Continuing to use the service after changes are posted means you accept them.
